Privacy Policy
What information this site collects, why, who helps us handle it, and how to see or delete yours.
Effective date: October 5, 2026
Who we are
Pets N Peptides Coaching (PetsNPeptidesCoaching.com) is run by Ben Cordle, a coach based in Oklahoma, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Pets N Peptides Coaching. If you have any question about your information, email [email protected].
The short version
- We only collect what you give us: your name and email when you create a free member account, and the details you enter if you book a consult.
- We use it to run your account, give you access to the member guides, and handle consults you book.
- We don’t sell anything, we don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t use ads or analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- You can ask to see or delete your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
What we collect
Member account (free). When you sign up on our join or login pages, you give us your first name, your email address, and a password. Your account is created and stored by our member login provider, Memberstack (see below). We never see your password.
Consult bookings. If you book a consult, you do it on Calendly, a separate scheduling site. Calendly collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address, and any answers you give, and shares them with us so we can hold the consult.
Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message.
Technical information. Like any website, when you visit, your browser sends basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) to the services that deliver the site: our host, Cloudflare, and, for the page fonts, Google Fonts.
We do not ask for payment details. Nothing is sold on this site.
Why we use it
- To create and run your free member account and let you log in to the member guides.
- To send account emails you ask for, such as a password reset.
- To schedule and hold consults you book, and to reply to your messages.
- To keep the site working and secure.
We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t sell, rent, or trade it.
Third parties we use
We rely on a few outside services to run the site. Each one handles information under its own privacy policy.
- Memberstack runs our free member sign-up and login. It stores your name, email address, and password, and keeps you logged in. Its dashboard may also show us basic account activity, such as when your account was created or last logged in. Memberstack loads only on the member pages (the login and join pages and the two member guide pages).
- Calendly handles consult booking. Our booking button is a link that takes you to Calendly’s site; what you enter there is collected by Calendly.
- Cloudflare (Cloudflare Pages) hosts this site and delivers its pages, which means it processes technical information such as your IP address when you visit.
- Google Fonts supplies the fonts this site uses. Your browser loads them from Google’s servers, so Google receives technical information such as your IP address.
These services may process information in the United States or other countries.
Cookies and local storage
We don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. The only cookies and browser storage on this site come from Memberstack, and only on the member pages (the login and join pages and the two member guide pages). When one of those pages loads, Memberstack saves a few items in your browser (using local storage and, in some cases, cookies) so sign-up and login work, and when you log in it saves a login token so you stay signed in and can see the member guides. Our other pages don’t load Memberstack. If you block or clear this storage, the public pages still work, but you will need to log in again, and member login may not work while it is blocked.
How long we keep it
We keep your member account information for as long as your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete it. Booking details stay in our Calendly account, and emails stay in our inbox, until we delete them or you ask us to.
Your choices: access and deletion
You can ask us at any time to show you the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Just email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or the one you booked with) and tell us what you’d like. We may need to confirm the request is really from you before we act on it.
Children’s privacy
This site is meant for adult dog owners. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the effective date at the top.
